Consumer arbitration boards

Deutsche Oppenheim Family Office AG (“Institute“) participates in dispute settlement procedures before the following consumer arbitration boards:

For the settlement of disputes between a consumer and the Institute resulting from the application of the regulations of the German Civil Code concerning distance sales agreements on financial services (asset management, investment consulting, contract and/or investment brokering) or from the application of sections 655a to 655d of the German Civil Code as well as of art. 247a sec. 1 of the Introductory Law to the German Civil Code (brokering consumer loan agreements and funding support against payment), the consumer arbitration board of Deutsche Bundesbank (Postfach 11 12 32, 60047 Frankfurt, www.bundesbank.de/Navigation/DE/Service/Schlichtungsstelle/schlichtungsstelle.html is responsible.

For the settlement of disputes between a consumer and the Institute from the application of other regulations in connection with agreements on financial services (asset management, investment consulting, contract and/or investment brokering) or from the application of the regulations of the Investment Code, the consumer arbitration board with the Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienst-leistungsaufsicht [German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority] (Graurheindorfer Straße 108, 53117 Bonn, www.bafin.de) is responsible.

In all other respects, the Institute is neither willing nor under any obligation to participate in dispute settlement procedures before any consumer arbitration board.
