After studying business administration (specializing in banking) at the Cooperative State University in Karlsruhe, Volker Hecht began his professional career in 2002 as a trainee in the corporate client business of the former HypoVereinsbank in Stuttgart. He later worked as a Senior Relationship Manager¹ for major corporate clients in Baden-Württemberg. In 2008, he moved to Munich as Business Manager¹ of the two divisional board members for large corporate clients and commercial real estate financing.
He then worked for the Nolte Group in Germersheim as Head of Finance for several years before moving back to the corporate client business, where he looked after listed companies and large corporate clients throughout Germany. This was followed by the management of the Unternehmer Bank Rhine-Main branch at UniCredit Bank AG. In 2020, Volker Hecht moved to the Management Board of Privatkunden Bank and was responsible for the Baden-Württemberg / Swabia region, including Wealth Management & Private Banking.
From 2022, he was responsible for the Wealth Management market area Mainz / Saarbrücken / Wiesbaden at Deutsche Bank AG before being appointed Chief Representative in May 2024 and Spokesman of the Management Board at Deutsche Oppenheim Family Office AG in September 2024.
His particular area of responsibility is the management of the advisory and support of our Family Office business.
