Henning Heuerding

Biography

Henning Heuerding studied political science and political philosophy in Germany and the UK and started his career as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in London in 1993. He completed his training as a chartered accountant in 1996. In 1998, Mr Heuerding joined the Frankfurt office of PwC Germany, and in 2002, he became a partner in the Bank-ing/Insurance division with responsibility for the company’s Financial Due Diligence depart-ment.

In 2006, he joined Deutsche Bank Group as a Managing Director in the Group Strategy de-partment. As Head of Integration Management, he took responsibility for the governance, planning, development and monitoring of the integration strategy for acquisitions. Between 2010 and 2016, he held various positions with the Group, for example as Chief Financial Of-ficer and Chief Operating Officer of Deutsche Bank Nederland NV, Amsterdam, and manag-er positions in the Group Incident & Investigation Management division of Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt am Main.

He joined the supervisory board of Sal. Oppenheim in March 2010, and until March 2014, he was also a member of the supervisory board of BHF BANK. He chaired the risk and audit committees of both boards. In April 2016, he was appointed a member of the executive board of Sal. Oppenheim.

He has been sitting on the executive board of Deutsche Oppenheim Family Office AG since September 2019.
